i only accept refunds under these conditions
1. i cannot complete the art for any reason
2. you request a refund before approving the sketch

4. all commissions will have a small watermark, do not remove it

2. i can do small revisions (patterns/markings, simple accessories, etc) for free, please let me know if i make a mistake!

5. i will update you regularly and at each stage (sketch, lines, colour, shading)
6. my turnaround time is quite fast (a couple hours to a week) - you are free to request progress updates, however, please do not bombard me with messages
