terms of service

to help/protect me:

1. i have the right to decline a commission for any reason
2. i do not work with deadlines
3. all commissions will have a small watermark, do not remove it
4. please provide a clear, digital reference
5. my work is intended for personal use only
6. please credit me when possible
4. NEVER, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, can my art be edited by, or used to train any AI model. This includes ALL of my art, comms or otherwise

to help/protect you:

1. i can do small revisions (patterns/markings, simple accessories, etc) for free, please let me know if i make a mistake!
2. if you want to see my progress, you can contact me via discord or toyhouse
3. my turnaround time is quite fast (a couple hours to a week) - you are free to request progress updates, however, please do not bombard me with messages
4. you may request that your commission is not shared publicly

refunds

i only accept refunds under these conditions

1. i cannot complete the art for any reason
2. you request a refund before approving the sketch
